Scott formerly worked for Ripken Baseball, Inc. for nine years developing the Ripkens’ youth baseball camp business. In that capacity he served as the director of baseball operations, camp director and ultimately the General Manager of Ripken Baseball Camps and Clinics. He has run baseball camps and clinics all over the world in a variety of venues. Scott,who started All-Pro Image & Marketing with Dennis Lee, Jr., in February 2008, also authored a book, Coaching Youth Baseball the Ripken Way, developed a national baseball certification program and wrote and helped coordinate production of Ripken Baseball’s best-selling instructional DVD series. He recently provided more than 300 instructional lessons for the new Ripken instructional website, GetGreat.com. Scott was instrumental in helping API secure a contract to run youth baseball camps for the Baltimore Orioles in 2009. In addition to his business experience, Scott has coached baseball at the youth, travel, Babe Ruth, high school and American Legion levels for 21 years. He also has coached youth hockey, soccer and basketball and was the head coach of the Park School varsity baseball team for three years. He is available for private baseball lessons. Dennis Lee, Jr.
Dennis Lee, Jr. is the CEO/Managing Partner of API Sports. The pitching coach at Hereford High School, Dennis has spend more than 15 years associated with major league baseball – first working in Ballpark Operations for the Baltimore Orioles and later as Mike Mussina’s personal catcher for 10 years with the New York Yankees. Foye Minton
Foye Minton currently is the Athletic Director and Dean of Students at the Cardin School, where he also coaches baseball, basketball and soccer. Foye, who has directed the API Sports & Fitness Camp the past two years, was a standout pitcher at East Carolina University after a stellar high school career in multiple sports in North Carolina. Minton is one of seven ECU pitchers to have recorded more than 200 career strikeouts and also has professional baseball experience. He has participated in sports camps around the country. Robin Cardin Lowe
Robin Cardin Lowe is the Girls Athletic Director and head varsity girls’ lacrosse coach at the Park School of Baltimore, where she also coaches junior varsity field hockey and has served as the physical education department chair. Robin also has coached soccer and basketball during her tenure at Park. She came to Park after teaching and coaching at Friends Central School outside of Philadelphia and serving as an athletic trainer at Princeton University. Cardin Lowe attended Oberlin College, where she was a field hockey All-American and played lacrosse. Heather Koutrakos
Heather Koutrakos has served as an assistant camp director at the API Sports & Fitness Camp the past two summers after a standout lacrosse career at Vanderbilt, where she was a four-year starter. A member of the SEC Honor Roll, Heather was a three-year letterwinner for a Notre Dame Prep team that won the 2003 IAAM Championship and was ranked third in the nation.

Shawn Tormey (Baseball)
Shawn Tormey has served as the head coach of the Overlea High School baseball team for the past 11 years. One of API’s baseball instructors, Shawn also serves as a guidance counselor at Overlea. He has been a lead instructor in all aspects of the game at various baseball high-profile camps around the area. Shawn is available for private baseball instruction. Todd Hartshorn (Baseball)
Todd Hartshorn is the head coach of the Hereford High School Baseball program. Previously he helped run the Little League Baseball Camp program in Williamsport, PA, after playing collegiate baseball at Towson University. Todd was named the 2004 Maryland State Baseball High School Coach of the Year. He is available for private baseball instruction.
